At BarterSetu, our platform is designed to facilitate the exchange of goods and services between users through a barter system. Because no direct monetary transactions are handled by us, traditional monetary refunds may not apply in most cases. However, we are committed to ensuring a fair and satisfactory experience for all users.

1. No Monetary Transactions by BarterSetu

BarterSetu serves solely as an online platform to connect users who wish to barter goods and services. We do not collect payments on behalf of users, and we do not act as an escrow service.

As a result, we do not issue monetary refunds for any transactions that occur between users.

2. Barter Exchanges & Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with an exchange:

• First, attempt to resolve the issue directly with the other party.

• If resolution is not possible, you may report the issue via our Dispute Resolution Form or email: connect@bartersetu.com.

• We may mediate the dispute where appropriate, but we do not guarantee restitution.

BarterSetu reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend users who repeatedly fail to uphold honest exchange practices.

3. Digital Products / Services

For any digital goods or services listed:

• Refunds are not guaranteed.

• The service provider is solely responsible for ensuring that terms of delivery and quality are honored.

• Users are encouraged to clearly state terms before engaging in the exchange.

4. Memberships or Premium Features (If Applicable)

If BarterSetu offers paid memberships, premium listings, or promotional services:

• Refunds may be considered within 1 days of purchase, only if the service has not been used.

• Once services are consumed (e.g., ad placement, boost, promotion), no refund will be issued.

• To request a refund, contact us at connect@bartersetu.com with your transaction details.

5. Cancellations

• Users can cancel their own listings or exchanges anytime before confirmation by both parties.

• Once an exchange has been confirmed, cancellation must be mutually agreed upon.

6. Fraud or Misuse

If a user is found guilty of fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse:

• Their account may be suspended or terminated.

• They may be permanently banned from the platform.

• No refund or compensation will be provided by BarterSetu.
